Cocoa Grinds Report

The Cocoa Grinds Report is a quarterly report for cocoa traders and those with ties to the cocoa industry. Supplied by NCA for the ICE Futures U.S., the report measures the tonnage (or weight) of cocoa beans that have been ground during the reporting period in North America. About 10 chocolate processors contribute their data to the report. NCA’s role is limited to collecting the aggregate grinds from our member companies and posting the report according to a pre-determined schedule. We are not able to comment to the media or others about the findings or provide any analysis.
